 Marlboro Show
The show was sold out again, all 63 tables were full and the attendance was good with over 200 participants. The show continues to be a staple of the club and makes a profit to help offset our operating expenses and advertising budget with the help of the raffle. Thanks again to all who bought tickets and donated items. Everyone seemed to have a good time. Thanks again to the Cain Family for all of their efforts and another fine show!
Upcoming Shows
Our next show will be at East Windsor, CT on the 1st of March followed by Marlboro MA on the 29th of March. These one day shows provide a good time for all in attendance so reserve your table early and make the whole process easier on the facilitator, this has been especially a problem in Marlboro, see Calendar page for complete information.
 Annual Show Display Award Knife 2009
The NCCA Board has selected the Show Display Award Knife for the 2009 Mystic Show. The knife is a Great Eastern Cutlery Company, of Titusville PA, Model 53 Tidioute 4-1/16” Cattle knife with Exotic Mexican Bocote wood handles and Tidioute shield. This American Made knife is part of a numbered limited edition of 150 with full master blade etch and is engraved on the sheep foot blade “ NCCA MYSTIC 2009 “
So for all who regularly display your collections at the show, it’s time to get your displays together. For those who have not displayed in a while or have never displayed, you might want to consider a display so as to share your passion with other members and the general public. Who knows you might win one of these beautiful American Made traditional pattern pocket knives.
